Hybrid modeling and distributed optimization control method for the iron removal process

<p style='text-indent:20px;'>Iron removal by goethite is a key procedure in zinc hydrometallurgy. Due to its complex chemical reaction mechanism, multiple reactors cascade, and high uncertainty, it difficult optimize control industrial process. In this paper, distributed optimization method which based on novel hybrid model of the iron process proposed. By combining mechanism data-driven oxygen mass transfer coefficient model, first established. Then, overcome influence former reactor latter reactor, ratio status each subsystem set point taken as new status, problem constructed. Considering dimensionality problem, necessary reconstruct Virtual Motion Camouflage (VMC), so that optimal transformed into nonlinear constrained trajectory planning problem. And Legendre pseudo-spectral used solve accurately obtain ion concentration. Finally, simulation results show proposed can effectively reflect process, track fluctuation inlet concentrations with nice real-time performance.</p>
